Due to continuing expansion we are looking to recruit an experienced, customer focused Security Officer, to work with our clients based in London. We are seeking to recruit personnel with a strong commitment to providing a consistently high level of customer service to a diverse customer base and be able to deal with any conflicts in a calm, polite and confident manner. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and must hold a valid SIA Licence.

Job Purpose:

  • To maintain a safe and secure environment for customers by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
  • Interact with all end users, providing a consistently superior level of customer service and the ability to manage basic equipment troubleshooting issues.
  • To be a point of contact for all users and to provide a very high level of customer service.
  • Basic IT skills and practical problem solving skills.
  • Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; inspecting the building, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
  • Informing visitors of client policies and procedures.
  • Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences when necessary.
