We are seeking a very experienced security officer to work with one of our most prestigious corporate clients in Hatfield. The successful candidate will cover shifts on a rolling roster, with flexibility required for early and late shifts each week.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high levels of customer service as a frontâofâhouse role.
- Remain vigilant to any abnormal behaviours.
- Secure premises and personnel by patrolling the property.
- Inspect the building, equipment, and access points; permit entry.
- Inform visitors of the client's policies and procedures.
- Complete reports by recording observations, information and occurrences when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
- Objectivity, dependability, integrity, safety management, professionalism, and reporting skills.
- Proâactive, quick learner, and extremely smart and presentable.
- Ability to work a fixed shift pattern.
- Minimum 10âyear contactable employment or education history.
- Must be 18+ and hold a current SIA licence for door supervision.
