A fast-growing, venture-backed B2B fintech startup is seeking a Product Designer to join its small, high-impact team. The company is building AI-powered tools to modernise finance operations — including billing, invoicing, and collections — for some of the most innovative startups and scale-ups in tech.

With 10× growth in the last year, the team is scaling rapidly and looking for a designer who\’s excited to shape AI-first workflows in a fast-moving, transparent environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, AI-native experiences across core product areas
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and founders to take ideas from concept to launch
• Define how intelligent agents should act, prompt users, and explain decisions
• Prototype quickly, test with internal teams or customers, and iterate rapidly
• Contribute to a strong, user-centred design culture

Ideal Candidate:

• 3-4+ years of product design experience (preferably in B2B SaaS)
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX, interaction design, and systems thinking
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
• Skilled in balancing big-picture thinking with detailed execution
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across disciplines
