A fast-growing, venture-backed B2B fintech startup is seeking a Product Designer to join its small, high-impact team. The company is building AI-powered tools to modernise finance operations β including billing, invoicing, and collections β for some of the most innovative startups and scale-ups in tech.
With 10Γ growth in the last year, the team is scaling rapidly and looking for a designer who\βs excited to shape AI-first workflows in a fast-moving, transparent environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive, AI-native experiences across core product areas
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and founders to take ideas from concept to launch
- Define how intelligent agents should act, prompt users, and explain decisions
- Prototype quickly, test with internal teams or customers, and iterate rapidly
- Contribute to a strong, user-centred design culture
Ideal Candidate:
- 3-4+ years of product design experience (preferably in B2B SaaS)
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX, interaction design, and systems thinking
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Skilled in balancing big-picture thinking with detailed execution
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across disciplines
