Reason Talent Advisory is supporting an established and growing business to appoint a Senior Contracts Manager into a newly created position.
This is a senior, visible appointment designed to strengthen the connection between operational delivery, client relationships and the leadership team.
It is broader than a traditional single-contract role. The successful person will provide oversight across multiple contracts and workstreams, support operational managers, strengthen client engagement and introduce greater consistency across the business.
THE ROLE
Working closely with the senior leadership and operational management teams, you will:
Provide senior oversight across multiple contracts and operational workstreams.
Act as a key link between senior leadership, Operations Managers, Supervisors, clients and delivery teams.
Build trusted relationships with clients and represent the business at contract and performance meetings.
Manage client expectations and take ownership of escalations and service issues.
Support and appropriately challenge operational managers to ensure priorities are clear and commitments are delivered.
Monitor contract performance, service levels, quality, risk and emerging operational issues.
Provide senior leadership with clear updates on performance, priorities, risks and recommended actions.
Review existing processes and introduce practical improvements to communication, workflow, reporting and accountability.
Promote consistency across different operational teams and service areas.
