Are you a confident, ambitious graduate with the personality and drive to build a high-earning commercial career? This is an opportunity to join a successful international consultancy in its Glasgow sales team. You will receive structured training, ongoing coaching and a clear route into senior commercial and Business Development positions.

This isn't a quiet desk job. You will speak with senior decision-makers, create new business opportunities and be rewarded for the results you deliver.

What you'll be doing:

  • Researching businesses and identifying new opportunities
  • Making outbound calls to senior business decision-makers
  • Building rapport and delivering a confident, credible introduction
  • Understanding each prospect's needs and presenting relevant services
  • Overcoming objections and qualifying genuine opportunities
  • Arranging quality meetings for the Business Development team
  • Managing your pipeline and activity through the CRM
  • Working towards clear weekly and monthly targets

Who we're looking for:

  • You must hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications
  • Be polished, articulate and highly professional
  • Communicate confidently with senior-level decision-makers
  • Have the resilience and determination to succeed in a targeted environment
  • Be commercially aware, naturally curious and quick to learn
  • Bring energy, ambition and a strong work ethic
  • Be comfortable working fully from the Glasgow office

Previous sales experience is welcome, but it isn't essential. We're more interested in your potential, professionalism, communication skills and motivation to succeed.

A genuine career path: Commercial Executive → Senior Commercial Executive → Commercial Associate. Once you're consistently performing as a Commercial Associate, you can progress towards a Business Development role.
