SENIOR CONTRACTS MANAGER Scotland | Competitive salary + Company Car + Fuel Card Full-time | Permanent Reason Talent Advisory is working exclusively with an established and growing construction and multi-trade business to appoint a Senior Contracts Manager into a newly created position. This senior appointment brings together operational delivery, client relationships and leadership. You will oversee multiple contracts and workstreams, support operational managers and strengthen consistency and accountability across the business. THE ROLE Working closely with the leadership and operational teams, you will: * Oversee delivery across multiple contracts and operational workstreams. * Act as the link between senior leadership, Operations Managers, Supervisors, clients and delivery teams. * Build trusted client relationships and lead contract and performance meetings. * Manage client expectations, escalations and service issues. * Support and challenge operational managers to deliver agreed priorities. * Monitor performance, service levels, quality, risk and operational issues. * Provide clear updates and practical recommendations to senior leadership. * Improve communication, reporting, workflow and accountability. * Support contract retention and long-term client relationships. ABOUT YOU You will have progressed within construction, property maintenance, building services or a related trade environment into contracts or operational leadership. You will ideally bring: * Significant Contracts Management, Operations Management or comparable senior delivery experience. * Experience overseeing multiple contracts, managers and operational teams. * A practical understanding of planned and reactive works. * Strong client-facing experience and confidence managing senior stakeholders. * The ability to lead, coach and constructively challenge managers. * Strong organisation, commercial awareness and sound judgement. * Clear communication and a practical approach to resolving problems. * A commitment to relationships, accountability and high-quality delivery. THE OPPORTUNITY You will be comfortable moving between site meetings, operational reviews and senior client discussions.
