We have an exciting opportunity for a QA Tester to join our growing team on a full-time, permanent basis. In this crucial role, you’ll take ownership of the quality assurance process across a range of websites, mobile applications, and digital services, ensuring every project not only meets client expectations but makes a tangible difference in people’s lives. You’ll be at the heart of Reason Digital’s mission, working on meaningful, high-profile products that change lives for the better.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Quality Assurance & Testing Leadership
- Define and lead test strategies across the full project lifecycle, from planning to delivery
- Create and execute test cases (manual and automated), acceptance criteria, and test plans
- Perform functional, non-functional, cross-browser, and device compatibility testing
- Ensure accessibility and usability of our products for all users
- Raise, track, and prioritise issues to ensure smooth product delivery
- Provide UAT support and guidance to clients during go-live phases
- Drive continuous improvements in our test processes, tools, and documentation
- Collaborating Across Teams
- Work closely with developers, designers, and project managers using both technical and non-technical language
- Actively contribute to internal team knowledge sharing and process refinement
- Support delivery of both new digital builds and iterative enhancements on established platforms
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid experience testing websites and apps, ideally within an agile digital agency environment
- Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for making digital products the best they can be
- Knowledge of modern QA processes, tools, and techniques (manual and automated)
- Experience or interest in automation testing is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- A proactive, self-organised team player with a willingness to constantly learn and grow
- Confidence to challenge assumptions, ask questions, and embrace change
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design is a plus
Nice to Have!
- Experience with mobile app testing (iOS & Android)
- Understanding of digital tools such as CMSs, CRMs, chatbots, donation platforms
