Are you passionate about leading teams to deliver high-quality digital services that make a real social impact? We have an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Manager to join our Operations team and help us ensure smooth, successful delivery of projects that change lives for the better. This role sits within the Operations Department, reporting to the Operations Director. You’ll oversee essential functions that enable the delivery of high-quality services to end users and ensure processes are in place to meet business needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support and enhance our current operational structure
- Build and maintain motivated teams, ensuring there’s an iterative plan to work towards
- Protect the team and foster collaboration, communication, and focus on priorities
- Coach team members, facilitate continuous improvement, and apply agile and lean tools and techniques
- Proactively manage dependencies, overcome obstacles, and deliver maximum value within constraints
- Manage risks, budgets, and people where required

- Strong team leadership skills
- Knowledge of Project Management and Lean Product Delivery practices
- Understanding of testing practices and development processes
- Ability to influence key stakeholders and apply appropriate methodologies to create successful delivery teams
