Reaseheath College and University Centre is seeking an Attendance and Behaviour Officer to lead attendance, behaviour and attitudes across the College, ensuring high expectations and a supportive environment for learners. The role requires guiding interventions, managing disciplinary processes and using data-driven insights to improve engagement and outcomes.

37 hours per week, permanent contract, with strong CPD opportunities and employee benefits.
