About the Role

This is a focused position dedicated to teaching, learning and development which would be ideal for someone who is passionate about education and has a genuine interest in the development of young people. The college will support you to deliver high-quality training that combines theory with practical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality teaching, learning and development focused on student engagement and progression.
  • Combine theoretical knowledge with practical, hands-on training to support real-world learning.
  • Support and motivate young people as they develop subject-specific skills and industry knowledge.
  • Draw on current or previous industry experience to enrich learning and provide meaningful, real-world context.
  • Contribute to a supportive learning environment that promotes professional skills, confidence and employability.

Qualifications

  • Show a genuine interest in and appreciation of one or more relevant sectors, supported by industry or academic experience.
  • Be willing to undertake teacher training and engage in ongoing professional development within education.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively engage, support and inspire learners.
  • Exhibit effective planning and organisational skills, with a clear focus on student progress, achievement and success.
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Required to undertake an enhanced DBS check and other statutory checks before starting employment.
