Could you be our next Programme Manager? Please note this is a fixed term contract role until .

Reapit – Who are we? Reapit is the original end-to-end business technology provider for estate agencies of all sizes. We’ve been helping sales and lettings agents build relationships and grow their businesses for more than 25 years. Our technology empowers property professionals across Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and New Zealand to work with buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords to deliver a dream home experience. Worldwide, over 78,000 agents across more than 15,000 branches use Reapit to run their businesses, manage properties, collect rent, engage clients, and provide outstanding customer service every time.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Reporting to the VP Business Transformation, you will own the end-to-end programme management of Project Lighthouse, our flagship multi-year, multi-function transformation.
  • You will be the single point of accountability for how the programme runs, and you will be involved in:
    • Owning and maintaining the integrated programme plan and the functional delivery map across every workstream, and running the delivery cadence that keeps the whole programme moving and visible.
    • Owning programme assurance and controls end to end: the commitment register, RAID log, and decision and action logs, chasing owners, escalating early and making sure nothing slips quietly.
    • Producing steering-committee pre-reads and investor-grade reporting, and preparing the evidence for external investment gates so it stands up to scrutiny first time.
    • Surfacing cross-function dependencies and risks early and driving them to resolution with the right owners across the business.
    • Running the programme in Monday.com and Jira so there is one reliable, current source of truth on status at any moment.
    • Working shoulder-to-shoulder with senior transformation directors, giving them the structure, information and early warning they need to lead the change, without taking ownership of delivery decisions away from them.
    • Embedding AI into how the programme is run day to day, using it to draft reporting, synthesise status across workstreams and cut time spent on administration.
    • Designing and improving AI-enabled workflows and automations over the life of the programme, and bringing your own ideas for where AI can make delivery sharper and faster.
    • Acting as the programme office in full, with no delivery team beneath you: you are the person who holds Lighthouse together operationally.

Who we’re looking for:

  • A track record of managing large, complex programmes independently, owning the plan, controls and reporting on your own, effectively as a one‑person programme office within a software business that is backed by a private equity firm.
  • The credibility and presence to work as a peer alongside senior directors and to hold a steering committee, without relying on positional authority over delivery teams.
  • Genuine fluency using AI tools in a programme‑management context, and ideally the technical comfort to build and improve AI‑enabled workflows and automations.
  • Confident, hands‑on use of Monday.com and Jira as the backbone of programme delivery.
  • Strong command of governance, assurance and investor‑grade reporting, and comfort with the scrutiny that external investment brings.
  • A collaborative, low‑ego operator who works through others and makes the senior people around you more effective.

What your impact and success looks like:

  • As our Senior Programme Manager for Project Lighthouse, we expect your impact in the early stages to look something like this:
    • Within 1 month: Built a complete picture of the programme: every workstream, the live commitment register, the delivery map and the current risks and dependencies.
    • Taken ownership of the programme tooling in Monday.com and Jira, with status accurate and current in one place.
    • Established a working rhythm with the senior transformation directors so they can begin stepping back from day‑to‑day programme administration.
  • Within 3 months: Running the full assurance and reporting cycle end to end, including SteerCo pre‑reads that stand up without director rework.
  • Surfacing cross‑function risks and dependencies early enough for the directors to act, not reporting them after the fact.
  • Demonstrably freeing senior transformation capacity: the directors are spending their time leading change, not maintaining trackers.
  • Within 6 months: Trusted as the operational backbone of Lighthouse, with investment gates met on evidence that holds up first time.
  • AI embedded into how the programme is run, with at least one workflow or automation improving reporting or assurance.
  • The programme running with a predictable, reliable delivery rhythm that the wider business has confidence in.
  • What’s in it for you?

    • We operate a Flexible Working Policy and there is no firm requirement for in‑office attendance, but to be successful in the role, it would be anticipated you would spend 2‑3 days a month in person in our London office.
    • We’re offering the chance to really make a difference here at Reapit and the opportunity for personal growth is very real. You’ll feel part of a special team.
    • You can expect a highly competitive salary and some great benefits, including:
      • 21 days annual leave (plus a day for your birthday), increasing by a day for every year worked.
      • Business permitting, we’re closed over Christmas and New Year, to give you time back to your friends and family.
      • Formal and in‑house training for your L&D plus access to Go1 – the worlds largest online learning library.
      • Regular local and companywide social events.
      • Opportunity to participate in retail benefits and savings via our Benefits partner, Zest!
