Reapit – Who are we?

- Build the full growth funnel from visit to sign-up, activation, conversion, retention and expansion.
- Identify and remove friction at each stage of the customer journey, using customer behaviour and product data to guide priorities.
- Design and optimise onboarding journeys that reduce time-to-value and improve core activation metrics.
- Develop automated, behaviour-driven lifecycle programmes across email, in-app and CRM journeys.
- Personalise journeys based on user intent, usage patterns, customer segments and high-value behaviours.
- Run continuous experimentation and A/B testing across onboarding, messaging, pricing and product experiences.
- Define key user segments and translate product usage signals into actionable growth opportunities.
- Initiate free-to-paid conversion and upgrade pathways that support monetisation and retention.
- Identify and activate upsell and cross-sell opportunities with Product, Product Marketing, Sales and Customer teams.
- Partner with a dedicated launch team of product managers, engineers and product marketers to build the product’s growth engine from first principles.
Who we’re looking for:
At Reapit, we prioritise hiring individuals who share our values and possess the right attitudes and behaviours for success. Whilst some of the listed requirements may be important, don’t worry if you don’t meet all of them — we’d still like to hear from you.
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with product-led growth models or growth marketing for digital products.
- Strong analytical capability, including financial and commercial modelling, with a high level of proficiency in Excel and SQL.
- Experience working with business systems architecture, data models or OLAP data cubes, and the ability to understand both commercial and technical landscapes.
- A human-centred design mindset, with a test-and-learn approach to improving customer journeys and outcomes.
- Experience with product governance and customer experience mapping tools such as Segment, or similar.
- Experience with product insights platforms such as Amplitude, or similar.
- Experience with product activation tools such as Appcues or Intercom, or similar.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce or Dynamics.
- Data-driven, commercially minded and confident translating insight into action.
- Curious, experimental, outcome-focused and comfortable operating in ambiguity while building from first principles.

- Within 3 months: Designed and launched onboarding, lifecycle and conversion journeys to reduce time-to-value and improve engagement. Connected product, customer and marketing data into a measurable growth framework with clear visibility of performance. Established a structured experimentation programme with prioritised hypotheses, testing cadence and a roadmap of validated growth opportunities.
