Reapit – Who are we?
What you’ll be doing
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the launch and scaling of our B2C/B2B2C product, while also shaping and bringing to market a net new product. This role has dual responsibility:
- Accelerating an existing B2C/B2B2C product already in beta (supported by a Product Owner) [Focus for first 3-6 months]
- Leading early definition and go-to-market planning for a new product [Focus for beyond month 3-6+]
You will initially focus on driving the beta product to full launch, before expanding your scope across both products—working closely with the Head of Product to define commercial strategy, launch tactics, and long-term growth plans.
Reporting to the Head of Product UKI you’ll be involved in:
- Own outcomes across two products at different maturity stages (beta/launch and new product)
- Define and track key growth metrics (adoption, conversion, retention, revenue)
- Lead discovery, experimentation, and validation of growth opportunities
- Translate commercial goals into clear product priorities and delivery focus
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners on backlog prioritisation and execution
- Align product development with go-to-market and commercial strategy
Who we’re looking for
At Reapit, we prioritise hiring individuals who share our values and possess the right attitudes and behaviours for success. Whilst some of the listed requirements may be important, don’t worry if you don’t meet all of them, we’d still like to hear from you.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a B2C or B2B2C product, ideally with a strong digital or self-serve user journey
- High bias for action; able to identify what matters most for launch and actively de‑scope or deprioritise everything else
- Comfortable operating across multiple products or parallel workstreams
- Growth focus, with experience improving acquisition, activation, retention, or monetisation
- Commercial awareness, including exposure to pricing, positioning, or go‑to‑market strategy
- Strong ability to move between strategy (new product) and execution (existing product)
- Data‑driven, with the ability to turn insights into clear actions
- Strong understanding of UX principles and usability, can identify poor design and actively improve it
- Able to translate ideas into clear, testable prototypes quickly to support discovery and decision‑making
- Proptech / Estate agency experience is a plus
- Experience working with AI tooling is desirable
What your impact and success looks like
As a Product Manager we expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this:
- Within 1 month: Build a clear understanding of product set and market. Align with the Product Owner and Engineering teams on delivery status and priorities for the B2C product in Beta. Define success metrics for transition from Beta to full launch (adoption, engagement, conversion, revenue potential). Identify gaps and opportunities to accelerate readiness and improve Beta performance. Begin shaping early hypotheses and direction for the net new product.
- Within 3 months: Take full ownership of accelerating the B2C/B2B2C product from beta to launch, increasing pace, focus, and clarity across the team. Reprioritise with the Product Owner to ensure only launch‑critical work is in scope, actively de‑scoping lower‑impact items. Drive alignment across Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to remove friction and unblock delivery. Define and execute a clear go‑to‑market plan, including positioning, target segments, and launch metrics. Establish baseline performance across the funnel (acquisition, onboarding, activation) and identify the highest‑impact improvements. Ensure the product reaches a commercially viable state at launch (not just feature complete, but usable, valuable, and sellable). In parallel, lead structured discovery for the net new product, including problem validation, target customer definition, and early feedback loops.
- Within 6 months: Deliver measurable traction on the launched product, with clear improvements in conversion, engagement, and/or revenue. Own and execute a prioritised growth roadmap focused on the highest‑impact opportunities (e.g. onboarding, pricing, feature adoption). Establish a consistent experimentation approach (e.g. testing, iteration cycles) to continuously improve product performance. Partner with the Head of Product to refine and implement commercial strategy, including pricing, packaging, and expansion opportunities. Transition the B2C/B2B2C product from “launch mode” to a sustainable growth engine with clear ownership and rhythms. For the net new product: Align stakeholders on the product’s strategic role, target market, and commercial potential. Develop a credible go‑to‑market approach and early validation plan. Be in a position to move into early validation (or pilot) phase.
