What You’ll Be Doing
We are looking for a Senior Manager Product Marketing to lead how our products are positioned, launched, sold, and adopted in the UK market. This is a strategic leadership role with real ownership. You will shape our market narrative, build a modern product marketing engine, and ensure our customer‑facing teams can consistently articulate clear, differentiated value. You’ll lead a small product marketing team and work cross‑functionally with the product, sales and CSM teams to optimise execution of the go‑to‑market strategy.
What You’ll Lead
- Market‑led positioning & differentiation: You will own UK product positioning, ensuring it is grounded in deep customer understanding, competitive intelligence, and market insight and that it clearly differentiates Reapit in a crowded PropTech landscape.
- Value‑led messaging & sales enablement: Ensure our value proposition is not just well written, but commercially effective. Build the messaging frameworks that power pitches, demos, proposals, and conversations.
- Customer base marketing (expansion & adoption): Work closely with the rest of the marketing team, sales and customer success to create expansion and adoption plays for our existing customer base.
- Product launches & GTM excellence: Lead UK go‑to‑market strategy for product and feature launches, including clear operational communications to customers.
- Thought leadership & category credibility: Help position Reapit as a trusted authority in the market by shaping product‑led thought leadership.
- Building a modern, AI‑enabled GTM brain: Bring a modern approach to product marketing using data, tooling and AI where appropriate.
Your leadership role
Player‑coach role. Lead, coach and develop a small UK product marketing team, within the global product marketing organisation. Set direction, standards and priorities for the function.
Who We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS or technology environments.
- Experience in win/loss programmes, competitive, customer and market intelligence, or revenue enablement.
- Strong background in positioning, messaging and go‑to‑market strategy.
- Experience leading or mentoring others (formal people leadership).
- Track record of partnering effectively with Product, Sales and Customer teams.
