Basingstoke On-site | Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm £35,000-£40,000 About the Opportunity An excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial or residential Building Manager, or a Facilities or Property Manager with transferable experience, to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a prominent multi-tenanted office building in Basingstoke. Working client-side on behalf of the building owner, you'll be the visible on-site presence, taking ownership of building operations, maintenance, contractor coordination, compliance and the day-to-day experience of occupiers. You'll work closely with the managing agent and a Regional Facilities Manager while having the autonomy to manage activity on site, identify issues and ensure they are followed through to resolution.
