FEMALE Waking Night Support Worker
£12.93 per hour + Paid Overtime The job is full time and will consist of 33.25 hours per week on a shift basis. This role includes working weekends Worcester Park

What youll be doing
Youll help create a safe, nurturing and structured home where young adults develop independence, confidence and life skills — leading shifts and supporting the team, administering medication safely, reviewing care plans and risk assessments, supporting personal care where needed, and helping young adults access hobbies, community activities and new experiences. No two days are ever the same, but every day is meaningful.
About you
Youll be a great fit if you have at least a year s experience as a Support Worker, are confident supporting young adults with autism or complex needs, and have a genuine passion for improving their lives. Experience in promoting independence and daily living skills is desirable, and you must be able to drive.
