Over the last 25 years, we have enabled a global workforce to work wherever works and created the remote access market. Our software is used by hundreds of millions of users worldwide including IT professionals from global companies, such as Intel, IBM, NASA, Shell, DreamWorks and Philips.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Credit Controller to join our growing Finance team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders including our customers and our Finance and Revenue teams. You will be responsible for a wide range of credit control tasks and will play a fundamental role in ensuring our revenue is collected in an accurate and timely manner and that our customers have a positive purchasing experience.

Key responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Processing customer payments across accounting systems
  • Aged receivables monitoring and chasing overdue payments
  • Responding to customer queries and information requests
  • Liaising with internal sales and customer service teams
  • Managing debt recovery cases through external debt collection agency
  • Managing submissions to customer supplier portals
  • Internal reporting relating to credit control
  • Supporting Export Control team (e.g. checking customer sanction screenings)

As we’re a small team the role will also include some responsibilities outside of credit control:

  • Managing company card expense transactions and monthly processing
  • Supporting month end close tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Strong demonstrable experience as a credit controller working with a large customer base.
  • Experience in a customer facing credit control role.
  • Able to manage multi-company debtors ledgers and a range of currencies (inc. predominantly GBP, USD & EUR).
  • Able to use Microsoft Excel to an intermediate level.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Operate with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate pro-activity and take ownership of credit control processes.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with a wide range of teams and stakeholders.
  • Confident interacting directly with customers across a range of communication tools.

As well as the above, if you have any of the desired experience below then we’d like to know about it!

  • Experience of SaaS / subscriptions would be preferred but not essential
  • Familiarity with accounting systems inc. Xero
