We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team for a 6‑month period providing first and second line support to onsite and remote employees. Reporting to the Head of IT, you will manage tickets and provide support for hardware and software primarily within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the IT ticket queue; log, categorize, and prioritize issues.
- Investigate connectivity, hardware, and software problems.
- Perform new starter onboarding and equipment handovers.
- Configure and test hardware.
- Create and manage user accounts.
- Generate and maintain documentation.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Windows and macOS.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and M365.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune.
- Knowledge of networking, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Proactive and ownership of work.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with a wide range of teams and stakeholders.
