You will be joining one of the largest Real Estate Investment Trusts in the world as we rapidly expand into the UK and European markets, including moving into new offices at 3 St. James's Square. Role Overview

We are seeking a Talent Partner/Recruiter with strong end-to-end hiring experience to manage the full recruitment lifecycle as we continue to scale and grow. You will help attract and hire team members who align with our standards, culture, and long-term plans within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for diverse roles such as, but not limited to, accounting, finance, investment, asset management, property management, and support roles.
  • Manage and optimize job postings across relevant recruitment platforms.
  • Review CVs/resumes and conduct initial phone or video screenings.
  • Coordinate interviews, case studies (as applicable), and pre-onboarding activities.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Communicate proactively with candidates regarding role expectations, timelines, and next steps.
  • Partner closely with hiring team and leadership to understand short- and long-term workforce planning priorities.
  • Ensure recruiting practices align with company standards, processes, and employer brand.
  • Support compliance checks, ID verification, and right-to-work documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven recruitment experience (in‐house or agency).
  • Experience hiring for investment, asset management, real estate, operations, or service‐based roles is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of business‐critical hiring.
  • Analytical, process, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain enduring relationships with hiring leaders and candidates.
  • Over time, build the trust to lead and guide the recruitment process.
  • Ability to work independently, be self-driven, retain good judgement, as your manager is based at our headquarters in San Diego, CA.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail‐oriented.
  • Comfortable using recruitment software, job boards, and spreadsheets.
  • Confident assessing candidate suitability efficiently and professionally.
