Realtime is searching for a Senior Executive who is an emerging expert across paid media channels and disciplines. In this role, you will work on a daily basis with large global brands on performance and brand advertising campaigns that drive impact, revenue, and growth — helping to shape the strategies and executions that make our clients succeed. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves being in the platforms, testing new ideas, and bringing creative thinking to performance challenges across Paid Social, Search, and beyond. If you thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environments and are energised by scale and innovation, this role is for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute large-scale paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, X, and Snapchat — ensuring every campaign launches on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
  • Work hands-on-keyboard across paid social and beyond — while Paid Social is your core focus, you'll support and manage campaigns across multiple channels and disciplines, including search platforms such as Google and Bing.
  • Serve as a key client contact for campaign performance, reporting, and execution — translating data into clear, actionable communication.
  • Build and execute tests, then report on findings and make recommendations on how they should be interpreted, iterated, and improved.
  • Partner closely with Operational Managers and Account Directors to ensure tactical execution is viable and aligned with client goals.
  • Champion the use of proprietary AI technology to automate workflows and drive operational efficiency at scale.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry innovation, bringing new ideas and best practices to clients and internal teams alike.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to bridge the gap between data and design, providing 'creative-performance' feedback that informs the next generation of ad assets.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid social as a core discipline, with experience across one or more of the following a strong plus: paid search / shopping, programmatic or app-based advertising.
  • Proven track record of success delivering against performance KPIs across paid media campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, meeting objectives and key deadlines.
  • Strong platform expertise across Paid Social, with hands-on execution across Meta, TikTok, and beyond.
  • Experience with analytics and measurement fundamentals including UTM tagging, Google Analytics, and platform-native tracking.
  • Outstanding data handling and analytical skills, with a data-first approach to optimisation and decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting insights directly to clients.
  • Well-organised and adaptable — able to move fluidly between campaigns, channels, and priorities.
  • A genuine passion for digital marketing, continuous learning, and doing the kind of work that turns heads.
  • A deep understanding of 'Creative Strategy'—you know the difference between a high-performing hook and a weak one, and you can articulate why a specific asset is or isn't resonating with an audience.
