Business Development Executive
About the Role:
As a Business Development Executive, you\’ll be responsible for generating and qualifying leads to grow a client base. You will position my clients custom learning solutions to meet client needs and help establish as a long-term partner. This involves evaluating leads, making qualifying calls, and analyzing your approach to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and manage incoming leads, making timely contact to assess their needs, budget, and timelines.
- Achieve targets for response times and the number of qualified leads.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on lead status to the Head of Business Development.
- Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to improve our lead generation process.
Essential Experience & Capabilities
- Minimum of 2 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in IT or software.
- Proven track record of qualifying leads and building relationships.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- A team player who can also work independently.
- Salary of £32k ( £42K OTE )
