We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to join our client\’s successful, ambitious, and growth-oriented Managed Security & Services Provider.

Job Summary:

As a Senior Technical Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client support, adhering to strict SLAs, and resolving issues promptly. My client is looking for motivated, ambitious, and technically skilled individuals to join the support team on leading the technical expertise for customers across NI.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Level 3 support role, with a strong emphasis on networking.
  • Proven expertise in Windows server administration and virtualization technologies (VMware and Hyper-V).
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of Windows-based operating systems.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 administration.
  • Strong experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and mobile device management.
  • Proven track record in utilizing Veeam Backup Solutions or similar products.
  • Essential Microsoft certifications and qualifications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
  • Practical knowledge and understanding of switches, firewalls, routers, and wireless access points.
