Implementation Consultant (ServiceNow HRSD)

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Collaboration : Gather requirements, provide feedback, and lead workshops to deliver effective HR solutions.

- People Development : Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment.
- Business Development : Stay updated on HR tech trends, contribute to bids, and act as a ServiceNow HRSD SME.
- ServiceNow HRSD Experience : Strong functional knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD implementations; additional HRIS experience (Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors) is a plus.
- HR Knowledge : Experience in HR or HR tech, or transferable skills from related fields.
- Problem-Solving & Communication : Analytical, adaptable, and a strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Project Management : Experience in Agile methodologies and managing large-scale HR technology projects.
