Experience We’re Looking For:

  • ServiceNow HRSD Experience: Strong functional knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD implementations; additional HRIS experience (Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors) is a plus
  • HR Knowledge: Experience in HR or HR tech, or transferable skills from related fields
  • Problem-Solving & Communication: Analytical, adaptable, and a strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Project Management: Experience in Agile methodologies and managing large-scale HR technology projects
