Key Responsibilities:
- Client Collaboration: Gather requirements, provide feedback, and lead workshops to deliver effective HR solutions
- Deliverables: Oversee content, recommendations, and user stories to ensure high-quality outputs
- People Development: Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment
- Business Development: Stay updated on HR tech trends, contribute to bids, and act as a ServiceNow HRSD SME
- ServiceNow HRSD Experience: Strong functional knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD implementations; additional HRIS experience (Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors) is a plus
- HR Knowledge: Experience in HR or HR tech, or transferable skills from related fields
- Problem-Solving & Communication: Analytical, adaptable, and a strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Project Management: Experience in Agile methodologies and managing large-scale HR technology projects
