Are you passionate about driving impact in the nonprofit sector through technology? A leading consultancy, specialising in digital transformation for charities and social enterprises, is seeking a target-driven Business Development Manager to join their award-winning team.

You’ll play a key role in expanding the company’s footprint across the UK and Ireland, developing new business relationships while nurturing existing client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver individual sales targets as part of the wider team goals
  • Generate and manage leads across the UK and Ireland nonprofit sectors
  • Build relationships with Salesforce Account Executives and sector consultants
  • Lead proposal development and bid teams for client opportunities
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and growth
  • Contribute to sales, marketing, and product strategy

What We’re Looking For

Essential :

  • Proven experience in business development for a technology consultancy or SaaS
  • Track record of exceeding £1M+ in annual sales
  • Strong communicator able to engage senior nonprofit stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM solutions
  • Collaborative team player, skilled in cross-functional environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)

Desirable :

  • Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or similar tools
  • Prior work at or with a nonprofit in fundraising or marketing
  • Experience selling fundraising CRM or marketing automation software
  • Understanding of the Salesforce partner ecosystem

Location & Travel

Candidates must be based in or near London and available to travel within the UK frequently and to Ireland occasionally . This role can be based in our London office , fully remote , or hybrid from Northern Ireland. You’ll need to be in London 2-3 times a month for meetings and collaboration.
