We are expanding a 24/7 Network Operations Command Centre in Belfast and are looking for an experienced NOC Shift Lead to play a key role in day-to-day operations. This is a newly created role offering real responsibility, visibility, and long-term growth.

What you will be doing:
- Lead and coordinate NOC engineers during your shift
- Allocate work and ensure tasks are handled by the appropriate teams
- Coordinate and manage major incidents and escalations
- Monitor service quality, SLAs, and operational performance
- Act as the primary point of contact during incidents
- Provide guidance and operational support to engineers
- Manage clear handovers between shifts
- Oversee team members based across multiple locations
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years' experience managing people in an operational or service environment
- Solid understanding of NOC or service delivery operations
- Proven ability to coordinate incidents under pressure
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working a rolling 24/7 shift pattern
- Eligible for Security Clearance (SC minimum)
- Networking knowledge is advantageous but not essential
- Training budget available for suitable candidates
Shift Pattern:
- 4 on / 4 off rotation
- 7am–7pm (days) → 7pm–7am (nights)
