We’re looking for a Major Incident Manager to join a growing Technical Command Centre in Belfast, playing a key role in managing critical IT incidents across multiple large-scale organisations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Owning and driving major incidents from start to finish
- Leading crisis calls and coordinating technical teams
- Keeping stakeholders updated with clear, confident communication
- Ensuring incidents are resolved within SLA targets
- Reviewing incidents and driving continuous improvement
- Making key decisions when it matters most
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Incident / Major Incident Management
- Strong communication skills under pressure
- Ability to lead teams you may have never worked with before
- ITIL awareness
- Experience with Remedy or similar ticketing tools is a bonus
- Resilient, decisive, and calm in fast-paced environments
The Details:
- Belfast (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
- £60,000 salary
- £50 on-call allowance
- Shift-based role with rota/on-call cover
