I'm partnering with an Organization in a massive expansion phase looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager / Account Manager with a strong MSP background to manage and grow their existing client base while expanding their footprint across Northern Ireland.
In Year 1, the focus will be on nurturing existing clients, strengthening relationships, and driving retention, alongside identifying opportunities for account growth and new business.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing MSP clients
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor
- Drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
- Conduct regular account reviews and strategic discussions
- Support regional growth and new business activity in Northern Ireland
- Work closely with technical teams to deliver client solutions
- Proven experience in an MSP environment (essential)
- Account Management, Client Relationship, or IT Sales experience
- Strong commercial and sales mindset
