Realterm Global Llc seeks an Associate, Investments to drive deal sourcing, underwriting and closing for Realterm Logistics in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate with Fund Leadership, brokers and internal teams to identify opportunities, perform due diligence, and structure transactions across a national/international network.
You will lead negotiations, prepare client presentations, and manage the deal pipeline while collaborating with Asset/Property Management to hand over acquired properties.
