Join to apply for the Junior UX Designer role at Devaney Consulting, LLC. We are looking for a User Experience Executive to support our software engineering team within Annalect UK to ensure our designs are aligned to our Omni design standards and follow UX best practice.
We create globally scalable applications which seamlessly integrate into our application suite (Omni) and power our marketing agencies driving both efficiency and campaign performance. Working in a collaborative, energetic and tech-first function, you’ll provide our product and engineering teams with dedicated UI/UX support, including a mix of ideation, journey mapping and low fidelity prototyping.
Having a complete set of custom-built web components at your disposal, you’ll ensure designs are fit for purpose, wireframes tell the right story and final Figma designs are engineering ready. Working collaboratively, in an agile environment with product owners, software engineers, DevOps and QAs - this role is instrumental in building our next generation of customer focussed cloud-based applications.
A Little About What You’ll Do
- Evangelise for UX in the wider business.
- Solve complex, creative technical problems with a focus on the User needs while being aware of marketing platform nuances.
- Work collaboratively in a cross functional team within an Agile/Scrum environment, championing best practice and user experience.
- Join the global Annalect design community to stay on top of latest updates to OMG Design guidelines and ensure our products are aligned to Omni design standards.
- Stay ahead of UI/UX trends, ensuring designs follow best practices and accessibility guidelines.
- Work across multiple projects, from large-scale application builds to ongoing design improvements for existing products.
- Ensure designs are inclusive & accessible and meet the relevant standards.
A Little About You
- Inquisitive, passionate and creative, and keen to make your mark in a fast paced, dynamic technology division.
- Good base experience in UX design, including a mix of research, creativity, wireframing and prototyping.
- Working knowledge of Figma.
- Up to date with latest design trends, standards and technologies.
- Able to immerse yourself in products, putting yourself in the users shoes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities in a diverse and dynamic environment.
