Reporting into the Manchester Biddable Director, you\’ll work closely with teams across OMG UK agencies and Centres of Excellence to support the delivery of best-in-class biddable campaigns for clients across the group. This is an exciting opportunity to join a uniquely positioned Manchester team, offering the chance to work with some of the world\’s biggest brands within a talented and experienced Manchester OMG UK biddable team. As this is a fluid role working with various agencies and clients, enthusiasm to embrace change is essential. You should be comfortable working autonomously, effectively creating and prioritizing workload, and establishing processes and ways of working with OMG UK teams outside Manchester. As an experienced biddable practitioner, you will demonstrate a strong understanding and genuine interest in advertising, media, and technology, with a commitment to ongoing professional development through practical and theoretical learning. Key Responsibilities Manage daily deliverables to ensure effective implementation of channel strategies and drive innovation. Lead responses to briefs, coordinating with the biddable team and collaborating with wider channel teams. Create media plans with clear rationale for media choices and budget allocations. Ensure campaigns are built and activated on time, aligned with media plans and flighting schedules. Implement processes and ensure team adherence for campaign setup, budgets, and pacing accuracy. Analyze and optimize live accounts daily to meet KPIs, providing insights to clients and internal teams. Implement a structured test and learn schedule, running multivariate experiments to inform future campaigns. Coordinate and present weekly reports, PCAs, and QBRs to agency teams and clients. Administer monthly financial reconciliation smoothly across the team. Develop strong relationships with internal and external teams. Work with media owners to promote feature adoption and media maturity. Share latest channel news and developments with the wider team. Travel to London or Newcastle when necessary. About You Experience managing paid search and/or paid social campaigns in an agency environment. Understanding of the digital marketing spectrum, media planning, and media mix. Experience in line managing or mentoring junior team members. Excellent communication skills for articulating and presenting to stakeholders. Analytical mindset with ability to work with large data sets. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience with ad buying platforms and third-party bid management tools. Knowledge of ad serving platforms and trafficking processes. Understanding of analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
