We are looking for ambitious, relationship-driven Talent Managers who understand internet culture, communicate effectively, and are passionate about helping creators grow their businesses and personal brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with creators across the roster
- Build long-term trust with creators through consistent communication and strategic guidance
- Negotiate and secure brand partnerships and sponsorship opportunities
- Work directly with brands, agencies, labels, and marketing teams
- Support creators in growing revenue, positioning, and long-term career opportunities
- Utilize internal systems and operational workflows to maximize efficiency
- Maintain organization across creator pipelines, campaigns, and active partnerships
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong understanding of Gen-Z internet culture and the creator economy
- Experience in influencer marketing, talent management, creator partnerships, social media, or digital marketing
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable negotiating partnerships and managing ongoing client relationships
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and emerging creator trends
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing relationships with creators, agencies, or brands
- Experience negotiating and closing brand partnerships
- Previous experience managing creator partnerships or talent rosters
- Background in sales, partnerships, or business development
- Prior agency experience
