This is a Senior / Principal / Managing Consultant position within our Software Engineering practice. You will operate as a high-performance individual contributor in some of the most competitive talent markets globally, owning searches across AI, cloud infrastructure and Web3. You will be working directly with founders, CTOs and investors, delivering hires that materially impact the trajectory of a business. You are expected to lead from the front.

- Running high-value, specialist searches for software engineers and technical leaders.
- Partnering with clients to define hiring strategy, not just execute against it.
- Building deep, defensible networks in your market.
- Winning new business through credibility and insight, not volume.
- Contributing to a practice that is already respected, and raising the standard further.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proven track record in software engineering recruitment, ideally within AI, cloud or infrastructure markets.
- Consistent personal billing performance.
- Strong commercial instinct; you can open, develop and close opportunities without relying on brand alone.
- Credibility with technical stakeholders; you don’t need to code, but you understand the landscape and can hold your own.
- High standards in how you run processes, represent clients and build relationships.
