I’m partnering with an early-stage, product-led startup building a platform for transport operations - one of the most complex, real-time environments in the world. The team are already profit making with runway for the next 2 years (if they brought no further clients on). Please note, some travel across Europe/USA may be required.
Core skills we look for:
- Rust (2+ years commercial experience)
- gRPC
- PostgreSQL or SQL
- Professional experience in developing integrations with third-party systems
- CI/CD, Docker, GitHub Actions

What you’ll be doing:
- Build and maintain Rust-based backend services using gRPC and Postgres
