Who we’re looking for:
- 3–5 PQE Solicitor with strong private client experience
- Comfortable handling a varied caseload including complex matters
- STEP qualified or working towards (preferred but not essential)
- Good commercial awareness and sound technical judgment
- Collaborative mindset with a positive influence on team morale
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, enthusiastic approach
- Background in a Legal 500 or reputable regional firm (preferred)
- Based within a sustainable commuting distance to Kidderminster
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing your own private client caseload from day one
- Working on wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, tax, and estate planning matters
- Collaborating within the largest team in the firm
- Providing support to junior colleagues as needed (no formal supervision required)
- Delivering exceptional service to a loyal and growing client base
- Working to realistic targets that prioritise quality over volume
Salary & Benefits:
