This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join a growing, employee‑owned law firm in Wolverhampton. Who we’re looking for:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
  • Minimum 1 year PQE in Trusts & Estates
  • Experience handling wills, estate administration, LPAs and trusts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Confident in managing a caseload independently
  • Enthusiastic, personable and client‑focused

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing and growing a broad private client caseload
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documentation
  • Advising private clients across the full trusts and estates portfolio
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Contributing to business development initiatives
  • Working collaboratively within the wider team

In your first 6 months, you’ll focus on managing and growing an active caseload and embedding yourself within the team. By 12 months, you’ll be independently delivering consistent, high‑quality client care and contributing to departmental growth. Long term, there is a clear route to increase seniority through the firm’s structured progression framework.
