Private Client Solicitor role with exposure to complex HNW / UHNW work. Partner-led matters with manageable billing targets (c. 4.5 hours per day). Who we’re looking for:- Private Client Solicitor with 3+ PQE
- Strong character and confidence to step into a senior role
- Solid tax knowledge
- Background in a reputable firm with exposure to good-quality Private Client work
- Candidates from strong high-street practices will be considered if the work exposure is right (Desired)
- Experience working with HNW / UHNW clients (Desired)
- STEP qualified or working towards STEP (Desired)
- Handling a complex Private Client caseload including HNW / UHNW matters
- Working closely on partner-led files with structured support
- Helping to stabilise and rebuild the local Private Client team
- Mentoring and supporting more junior colleagues as the team grows
- Contributing to networking and cross-department referrals
