This is a fantastic opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join a respected Private Client team in Shrewsbury. You'll be working closely with experienced STEP-qualified lawyers, gaining exposure to high-value, complex work and benefiting from exceptional training and mentoring. With a strong focus on upskilling, you'll be supported to complete your STEP qualification and follow a clear path of progression, with the potential to move up quickly in line with your development.

  • Consistently meet reasonable billing targets

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: Competitive, circa £40k depending on experience
  • Holiday: 26 days rising to 35 with service, plus option to buy and sell days
