You'll join a nationally recognised practice handling complex and rewarding claims for people affected by asbestos exposure and other workplace-related respiratory illnesses.
You'll manage your own litigated caseload while working alongside senior specialists on higher-value and more complex matters.
The work covers conditions including mesothelioma, asbestos-related lung cancer, asbestosis, pleural thickening, occupational asthma and silicosis, giving you exposure to a breadth and quality of work that’s difficult to find elsewhere.

- Who we're looking for
- Solicitor with approximately 1-5 years' PQE
- Experience managing your own claimant litigation caseload
- Serious injury experience across areas such as EL/PL/OL, RTA or Military claims
- Ability to work empathetically with clients and families during extremely difficult circumstances
- Excellent written and verbal communication, drafting and legal research skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with Partners and senior colleagues
- Asbestos or Occupational Disease experience (Desired)
- Interest in business development and building relationships with clients and referrers (Desired)
- What you'll be doing
- Managing your own litigated Asbestos and Occupational Disease caseload
- Handling claims involving mesothelioma, asbestos-related lung cancer, asbestosis and pleural thickening
- Working on occupational asthma, silicosis and other workplace-related respiratory claims
- Supporting senior lawyers with complex and high-value cases
- Developing your technical and litigation expertise within a highly specialist practice
