You’ll support the Head of Department and work with a loyal client base across wills, trusts, estate administration, tax planning and more. You’ll also be part of a friendly and highly collaborative team with a refreshing approach to support and progression.
Who we’re looking for
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in private client law
- Strong technical background in wills, trusts, LPAs, and estate admin
- Comfortable handling complex and high-value estates independently
- Friendly, down-to-earth and collaborative approach
- Experience mentoring or supervising juniors
- STEP or SFE membership
What you\’ll be doing
- Manage a varied and interesting caseload of private client work
- Take technical lead on trust and complex estate matters
- Support and deputise for the Head of Department
- Mentor junior colleagues and trainees
- Deliver excellent client service across a loyal, established client base
Salary & benefits
- £40,000–£60,000 DOE
- One day working from home after probation
- Condensed hours and school-time flexibility considered
- Part-time options (3–4 days per week)
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
