Clear long-term progression within a growing trusts & estates team.
This Sandbach-based opportunity sits within a growing Trusts & Estates team where the focus is very much on sustainable growth, strong client relationships and developing people properly over time.
You’ll step into a varied caseload from day one, with the autonomy to manage your own matters while still feeling part of a collaborative and well-supported wider team.
The work itself is broad and relationship-led, covering wills, powers of attorney, estate administration, trusts and wider succession planning matters.
There’s a strong emphasis on delivering a high-quality client experience rather than rushing through volume work, making it a particularly good fit for someone who enjoys the advisory side of private client law and building long-term relationships with clients.
As an employee-owned business, the culture feels noticeably more collective than many traditional firms. There’s less hierarchy, a stronger sense of shared success and a genuine willingness across the team to support each other.
The department is continuing to grow steadily too, creating clear progression opportunities for someone who wants to develop their career long term rather than simply maintain a caseload.
The hybrid model is well embedded, flexibility is trusted rather than micromanaged, and the wider benefits package reflects a firm that takes employee wellbeing and retention seriously.
