This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing catastrophic injury team in Salford that has secured a significant increase in high-quality work. The team is expanding at multiple levels and is open to Grade B or C lawyers, with the work and support tailored to your experience. You’ll handle meaningful, complex personal injury matters while being supported by an experienced leadership team that genuinely invests in development. It’s a supportive environment with realistic expectations, hybrid working, and access to fatal accident, serious RTA and clinical negligence matters that will strengthen your long-term career in catastrophic injury.
Who we’re looking for:
- Personal Injury Solicitor or Fee Earner at Grade B or C level
- Claimant-side personal injury experience
- Able to run complex files with minimal supervision
- Solid PI fundamentals with clear potential to develop into higher-value work
- Strong organisation and file management skills
- Clear, empathetic communicator with clients and colleagues
- Practical, grounded, team-focused approach
- Open to coaching, feedback and structured development
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a caseload appropriate to your grade and experience
- Handling matters including:
- Fatal accident claims
- Serious injury work
- Clinical negligence (depending on level)
