Are you a residential property solicitor ready to thrive in a fast-paced but supportive environment? We’re working with a progressive, high-growth law firm in Cheshire that is expanding. With a strong structure in place and real investment in people and process, this is a firm where conveyancers are empowered to focus on what they do best, the legal work.
You’ll handle a full residential caseload (excluding shared ownership) with support from your own legal assistant and paralegal, and benefit from centralised teams for onboarding, compliance, title reporting, and post-completion. Who we’re looking for:
- Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or CLC (file sign-off required)
- Experience handling a full residential property caseload
