Responsibilities
You’ll join a friendly and close-knit team in the Stockport office of a small, growing firm with ambitious plans. From day one, you’ll take on a busy caseload of residential property files, supported by a secretary and an assistant, with full control of how you work. The role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering great service and building trusted client relationships, with no pressure to hit unnecessary billing targets.
Long-term, there’s real scope to progress into a leadership or Director-level role as you help shape the future of conveyancing in the office.
Who we’re looking for
- Qualified Solicitor, CLC, or CILEX
- Minimum 2 years’ experience handling residential conveyancing files independently
- Solid knowledge of freehold, leasehold, remortgage, transfer of equity, and unregistered titles
- Strong client communication and attention to detail
- Team player, grounded and proactive, with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a small, community-facing team
Salary & Benefits
- Up to £50,000–£60,000 DOE
