Overview

Property Litigation Solicitor role within one of the largest teams outside London. Mixed residential and commercial caseload with clear progression to Senior Associate. High-quality work, no office politics, and a genuinely supportive culture.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a large, well-established Manchester team that is continuing to grow, particularly on the residential litigation side.

You’ll work closely with a Partner to help develop the residential offering while also running a varied caseload spanning residential and commercial property disputes.

The team is known for its quality of work, clear progression routes, and collaborative culture, making it a strong move for lawyers who want better visibility, fewer politics, and clearer career development.

What you’ll be doing

  • Running your own caseload of residential and commercial property litigation
  • Acting on leasehold and social housing disputes
  • Supporting a Partner with the growth of the residential litigation offering
  • Assisting the wider team on commercial property disputes where required
  • Managing files efficiently while meeting agreed billing expectations
  • Working as part of a large, established team with strong internal support
