With a broad caseload, a close-knit team and backing from a well-respected Divisional Director, this role combines hands-on technical work with strategic team leadership in a flexible, forward-thinking law firm.
Who we’re looking for:
- 5+ PQE Private Client Solicitor
- Strong track record of supervising or managing others
- Experience running a varied caseload of wills, trusts, probate, estate planning
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Confident decision-maker with a collaborative leadership style
- Some exposure to business development or marketing would be a bonus
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and manage the Private Client team based in Huddersfield
- Supervise, mentor and develop junior team members
- Handle a large and varied caseload to a high standard
- Maintain excellent client care and uphold compliance procedures
- Support business development and marketing where appropriate
- Report directly to the Divisional Director and work closely with leadership across the firm
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: £45,000–£70,000 depending on experience
- Bonus: Two non-contractual bonuses per year
- Holiday: 25 days + Bank Holidays + Birthday + Life Admin Days + long service leave
