This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established and expanding team in Bolton.

The firm is looking for a technically strong lawyer who can take on a high-quality existing caseload and play a key role in shaping the future of the department. There is genuine scope to progress into a Head of Department position for the right person.

You’ll act for a diverse client base including high-net-worth individuals, families and clients with business interests, handling complex and interesting matters rather than volume work.

Who we’re looking for

  • Private Client Solicitor with 7+ PQE
  • Strong experience across trusts, tax planning and estate administration
  • Confident handling complex Inheritance Tax matters
  • STEP qualified or working towards (Desired)
  • Commercial outlook with strong client care skills
  • Ambitious and keen to progress into leadership (Desired)

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing a broad private client caseload
  • Advising HNW individuals and business-owning clients
  • Supporting the strategic growth of the department
  • Building long-term client relationships

This role offers autonomy, quality work and the chance to genuinely influence the direction of the Private Client offering.
