Are you a senior private client lawyer looking to elevate your career within a nationally recognised and highly supportive team? A leading national law firm is seeking a Private Client Principal Associate Solicitor to join its Manchester office. You’ll work alongside some of the sector’s most respected experts, advising high and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families on all aspects of estate planning, tax, and trusts. You’ll manage your own caseload, supervise junior colleagues, and collaborate across departments to deliver a truly holistic service.
Who we’re looking for:
- 9+ years’ PQE gained at a large regional or City firm
- Confident managing your own caseload and supporting junior lawyers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A commercial, relationship-driven mindset
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- A natural team player who thrives in collaborative environments
What you’ll be doing:
- Running your own caseload of high-value and complex private client matters
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members
- Working closely with Partners on complex or cross-disciplinary files
- Delivering high-quality technical advice to HNW and UHNW individuals
- Playing an active role in business development and cross-referrals
- Supporting the continued growth and excellence of the Manchester team
Salary & Benefits:
- £75,000–£90,000, depending on experience
- 50% hybrid working over a two-week period
- Equal staff bonus based on firm performance
